Master degree program of regional economy of JUFE was authorized as a MA degree granting institution in 2003 and began to recruit students in 2004. The master degree program always adheres to the best quality, and strives to cultivate every one of the major students. The employment whereabouts of the graduates have been government civil servants, business executives, financial institutions, etc. Owing to the support of the economic and management disciplines in our school, regional economics discipline pays attention to the study and integration of the basic theory of economics, management and analysis and gradually forms and strengthens its own teaching and researching characteristics. The three characteristics of regional economics discipline are researching on enterprise development based on regional economic fundamentals, researching on regional economic development based on enterprise main body operation and researching on local economic development based on the regions in Jiangxi Province. Regional economics discipline has 6 main research directions which are regional economic theory and policy, city and county economy and urbanization, park economy and enterprise management, regional industry analysis, study on regional investment and financing and manor economy and regional development.
