Institute for Jiangxi Economic Development & Reform Research (IJEDRR) is an institution co-founded by Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission. IJEDRR sets a development goal to build a high level of academic application platform and to become the think tank and brain trust of Jiangxi provincial government. IJEDRR is committed to the research on policy formulation, strategic decisions, industrial planning and other issues, which are all important issues related to the economic and social development of Jiangxi province. IJEDRR provides high-end application strategies for the Development and Reform Commission and other government departments or organization at all levels of Jiangxi province. IJEDRR published the research results through papers, monographs, reports, meetings and forums, and propagated this results through newspapers, television, network and other media to all people both domestic and abroad. There are three centers in IJEDRR, including Center for Industrial Development Research (CIDR), Center for Regional Economic Research (CRER) and Center for Middle Yangtze River Research (CMYRR). Each center is equipped with at least 3 full time researchers. Besides, IJEDRR hires responsible researcher from relevant provincial government departments as expert consultants. In recent years, IJEDRR has achieved fruitful results ， including more than 100 monographs, 200 papers and 100 national and provincial projects, together with more than 80 projects entrusted by all kinds of bureau. What’s more, many research results of the IJEDRR have got instructions from provincial leaders. |
