张进铭，毕业于武汉大学，经济学博士，江西财经大学江西经济发展研究院教授、博士生导师。江西省新世纪百千万人才工程第一、二层次人选、江西省首届中青年优秀社会科学专家。国家社科基金项目通讯评审专家、武汉大学经济发展研究中心（教育部人文社科重点研究基地）兼职研究员、中华外国经济学说研究会理事、中华外国经济学说研究会发展经济学分会理事、中国区域经济学学会理事、江西省经济学会理事。
      主要集中于经济发展和政府作用方面的研究，在《经济学动态》、《经济学季刊》、《经济评论》、《国外社会科学》、《经济社会体制比较》等刊物上发表论文50余篇，出版专著2部、主持完成了国家社科基金项目2项、教育部人文社科项目1项、省级课题5项。​

    Jinming Zhang, graduated from Wuhan University and got his PhD, is a professor and doctoral supervisor in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He is a candidate of New Century Talents Project of Jiangxi, an excellent social science expert of Jiangxi (the first session).He is also an expert of communication review on the National Social Science Fund Project, an adjunct senior fellow of research center for economic development of Wuhan University. At the same time, he is the director of the Chinese Association of foreign economics and the Development Economics branch of Research Chinese Association of foreign economics, the director of the Chinese Association of regional economics and the Jiangxi economic association.
    Professor Zhang is engaged in the research on economic development and the role of government. He has published more than 50 academic papers in high-level journals (such as Economics Perspective, China Economic Quarterly, Economic Review, Social Science Abroad and Comparative Economic ＆ Social Systems)and two academic monographs. At the same time, he has chaired two National Social Science Fund Projects, one Humanities and Social Science Project sponsored by the Ministry of Education and five provincial projects.
